Incepand cu data de 25.01.2010, Alpiq RomIndustries S.R.L. si Alpiq RomEnergie S.R.L. se alatura companiilor membre grupului Alpiq.
Numite anterior Buzmann Industries S.R.L. şi Ehol Distribution S.R.L., cele doua companii au devenit membre ale grupului Alpiq schimbandu-si denumirile legale in Alpiq RomIndustries S.R.L. şi respectiv Alpiq RomEnergie S.R.L.
